The rooms were clean with balcony, really enjoyed it.

The rooms are neat with good size bathrooms. It is in great and stunning location to Caribbean Sea, set minute walk from the hotel.

Great-sized bathroom and a nice size room. Excellent, incredible location in Mahahual, close enough to the center of town, and the beach that had floating barriers for seaweed that affects beaches of Costa Maya. Also, till very late in the main area.

The hotel is fairly clean and reasonably spacious with incredibly nice staff members. Choose superior room with the best views, a nice balcony. Great area, marvellous location, so close to restaurants, the very centre and the ocean and the cruises harbour. Such a really nice stay for one night.

Location: the hotel was so close to common areas, and boardwalk. The stuff members where all amiable and amicable. Premium room was brand-new with comfy bed.

Every time we stay in Mahahual, like to stay here. The hotel is wonderful and clean with very helpful and helpful staff. The room is a nice size with good size bathroom, also they can offer wake-up service. The rate is usd 101, satisfied. The location is unbeatable, in port❤

The setting was favourable, not far from the center of town one street up from the beach strip, restaurants, and bars in Mahahual. All of the staff members were nice and sympathetic. I enjoyed very tasty and gorgeous breakfast and its delicious variety.

My stay at Matan Kaan was like living in an art gallery. The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a great vibe. Our room, with a view of the beach and jungle from the balcony, was clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds. The location is perfect, just a minute away from the beach and with great restaurants nearby. I also recommend checking out the coffee shop La Dolce Vita around the corner.

Stains on the sheets and the room was noisy. Mostly caused by staff talking loudly as they worked.

This hotel is a hidden gem right in the center of town, just one street up from the bustling beach strip. You couldn't ask for a better location - so close to the beach! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The rooms, especially those on the 3rd floor with lovely sea views, were clean and well-maintained. And one of the highlights was definitely the breakfast, which was tasty and satisfying every morning.

No major issues, everything was just fine.

This hotel is reasonably spacious with very kind and great staff and appetising food. The breakfast is really tasty and lovely, one of the best things. Would stay here again as it was a such great stay for one night.

The location was great and incredible, you can visit Surfinggreen by walking. We stayed in the suite, the room was new-fashioned and bright.

I recently had a very good stay at a hotel in Mahahual. The location was fantastic, right in the middle of things but still a block away from the busy malecon. This meant that I could enjoy the convenience of being close to everything without being bothered by noise from the cruise ship visitors. The staff were attentive and allowed me to do a late check-out, which was a great bonus. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the breakfast, served just off the beach.

All was satisfactory.
